Challenge & Solution

In response to the Black Lives Matter protests and George Floyd’s tragic incident, a new Japanese organization was formed. It aims to support Black individuals in Japan impacted by events in the United States. Quill Shift assisted in shaping their mission, setting up a platform for LFJ’s foundation.

Over six months, strategic foundations were laid, including a website and a Mighty Networks portal for members. Internal services were configured for seamless operations and successful donations. Key goals were set for a lasting platform, newsletter growth, and increased revenue.

Post-completion, LFJ boasts a formidable digital presence. It is equipped to accept donations and new membership applications, fortified with systems and standardized operating procedures. These measures ensure effective communication, inspiration, and support for its members, propelling LFJ towards the realization of its vision to evolve into the community it aspired to be.
